Their work focuses on people disproportionately impacted by the law and the organisations that make our community thrive. Justice Connect’s Not-for-profit Law is a unique voice in the for-purpose sector landscape. The only specialist community legal program for charities and not-for-profits in Australia.

#FixFundraising campaign
Justice Connect and their #FixFundraising partners have the advocacy opportunity to change laws that, for decades, have held charities back from maximising their fundraising efforts.
The ability to raise funds from the public helps ensure the financial sustainability and independence of charities that deliver critical services, advocate for change, and elevate the community voices to government decision-makers.
Mannifera has provided the first philanthropic grant dedicated to this civil society-led campaign. After years of advocacy, there is now national agreement to reform fundraising. A time-limited policy window exists to achieve the full reform needed.
