First Hand Solutions Aboriginal Corporation (FHS) is a small charity that specialises in finding hands-on solutions to issues faced by Aboriginal people, families and communities, particularly young Aboriginal
people. FHS exists to improve the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by building strong resilient people, communities and business through culture, employment and economic development.

2023 First Nations-led Grant, $25,000

National Indigenous Art Fair

NIAF provides a unique opportunity for regional and remote Indigenous arts centres and artists to expand their markets to a national consumer-base and receive 100% of the revenue raised to invest back into their businesses and communities. In addition to supporting art centres and artists to develop a national profile and be connected to a national market place, the two days of professional development is a great opportunity for the individual artists and arts organisations.

In 2023, Mannifera contributed a grant of $25,000 towards the overall costs of running the fair.
