As a collective, Mannifera funds organisations working on the many layers and levers of systems change for a fairer democracy and economy. Our 2025 Grant Impact Report showcases some of this collaborative work over the past year.

Our partners have been strategic and nimble as they’ve navigated changing Government agendas, unexpected alliances and the rapidly increasing potency of dis and misinformation in public debate. We’ve seen them collaborating with each other more often and more closely, and they tell us there is an increasing sense of a ‘democracy sector’ in Australia.

A big focus for Mannifera over the coming year will be to bring more funders along on the journey with us, whether that’s through membership, or making it easier for them to fund alongside us.
